Inés Rosales's Olive Oil Torta are a traditional product of Seville. Just like in the old days, the tortas are still made by hand, one by one, ensuring a unique texture that is light, crunchy, and flaky.

Because we all deserve a little something sweet from time to time. Here the original Olive Oil Torta has been adapted for those who cannot –or prefer not to– include sugar in their diet. Made with whole-wheat flour for higher fibre levels.

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, extra virgin olive oil (24%), sweeteners (maltitol and erythritol), wheat bran (2%), aniseed, whole wheat flour (0.9%), sesame seeds (0.6%), sea salt, yeast, aniseed essential oil.

Contains naturally occurring sweeteners and sugars.
