Choc & Roll is Renshaw’s chocolate flavour fondant icing. It’s made with cocoa powder, so it has a chocolate taste as well as a rich brown colour. It was Renshaw’s go-to dark brown icing for many years, and it’s a natural choice for covering chocolate cakes.

Tip: if you spot a small crack, smooth it gently with the palm of your hand, or with the rough side of a flexi smoother, while the icing is still fresh.
