Lizi's Low Sugar Maple & Pecan Granola: crunchy toasted wholegrain oats with pecans, almonds, seeds, crisped rice and a touch of maple syrup.
Enjoy it with milk or yoghurt, or sprinkle it over fruit. Lizi's began in 2003, when Dr Mick Shaw and his wife Lizi baked granola for guests at their bed and breakfast in Wales. It's now made in Cambridgeshire.
Available as a single 450g bag or a case of 5.
Contains oats, wheat, barley, pecans and almonds. Made in a factory that also handles milk, peanuts and other nuts. Suitable for vegans. Kosher (KLBD), made on dairy equipment.

Ingredients: wholegrain OAT flakes (72%), rapeseed oil, nuts (5%) (PECAN nut pieces, whole ALMONDS), seeds (3%) (sunflower, pumpkin), maple syrup (2%), chicory fibre, toasted coconut chips, crisped rice (rice flour, WHEAT flour*, malted BARLEY flour, sunflower oil), natural flavouring, sea salt, agave syrup. *Fortified with calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, folic acid, thiamin.
