Award-winning pasta twists from Freee by Doves Farm, made in Italy from just organic maize and rice. They’re a great choice for anyone following a wheat or gluten free diet, and guests may not even realise they’re eating gluten free.

Allow 1 litre of salted water per 100g of fusilli and boil for 6–7 minutes, tasting as you go until al dente. Drain and serve at once — it’s lovely with a marinara sauce, in a one-pan pasta with beans, or in a pasta salad with avocado and spinach.
