Gluten free penne from Freee by Doves Farm, made in Italy from just one ingredient: organic brown rice. It lets anyone avoiding wheat and gluten enjoy authentic pasta meals, with no need to change the way you cook.

To cook, bring 1 litre of salted water to the boil for every 100g of pasta, stir in the penne and boil for 6–7 minutes, tasting as you go until al dente. Drain and serve straight away. Try it with a cashew cream sauce, or with broccoli, peas and a tahini dressing.
