A gluten free alternative to wheat self raising flour. This Freee flour is a blend of naturally gluten free flours with the raising agents and xanthan gum already added, so it’s ready for baking.

Use it for sponges, cupcakes and traybakes — Doves Farm says a 1kg bag makes around half a dozen cakes. Try it in a Victoria sponge, a lemon drizzle traybake or chocolate cupcakes.
