Renshaw’s classic white fondant icing in a 500g pack, which is enough to cover a 15cm (6in) cake. Use it for covering, sugarcraft modelling or moulds, or as a smooth white base for cake pens, lustres and glitters.

Fondant is easier to work when it’s slightly warm, so knead it well before you start, then roll it to 2–4mm on a lightly sugared surface to cover your cake.

Available as a single 500g pack or a case of 20.
