These penne tubes are made in Italy by Freee, Doves Farm’s gluten free range, from a simple blend of maize and rice. There’s no need to change your cooking or eating habits, so they’re an easy swap for anyone avoiding wheat or gluten.

For each 100g portion, boil 1 litre of water with half a teaspoon of salt, stir in the penne and cook for 6–7 minutes until al dente, tasting every minute. Drain and serve immediately with an arrabbiata sauce, pesto, or baked into an aubergine timbale.
