Nando's PERi-PERi Marinade Medium: a thick marinade with onion, garlic, lemon and African Bird's Eye Chilli, with a medium heat.

Coat chicken, meat, fish or vegetables, leave to marinate, then grill, roast or barbecue. Nando's opened its first restaurant in Rosettenville, Johannesburg, in 1987. Its African Bird's Eye Chillies are grown by small farmers in southern Africa.

Available as a case of 6 x 280g bottles.
