Nando's Garlic PERi-PERi Sauce: Nando's PERi-PERi with plenty of garlic and a medium heat.

Use it as a table sauce, a dip or a marinade for chicken, chips and vegetables. Nando's opened its first restaurant in Rosettenville, Johannesburg, in 1987. Its African Bird's Eye Chillies are grown by small farmers in southern Africa.
