Nando's Lemon & Herb PERi-PERi Marinade: a zesty marinade with lemon, garlic and parsley and just a touch of chilli.

Coat chicken, meat, fish or vegetables, leave to marinate, then grill, roast or barbecue. Nando's opened its first restaurant in Rosettenville, Johannesburg, in 1987. Its African Bird's Eye Chillies are grown by small farmers in southern Africa.
