Nando's PERinaise Hot: creamy mayonnaise made with free-range egg yolks and blended with Nando's hot PERi-PERi.

Use it as a dip for chips, in burgers and wraps, or as a sandwich spread. Nando's opened its first restaurant in Rosettenville, Johannesburg, in 1987. Its African Bird's Eye Chillies are grown by small farmers in southern Africa.
