Nando's PERi-PERi Rub Medium: a dry rub of garlic, herbs and spices with African Bird's Eye Chilli.

Rub it onto chicken, meat or fish before grilling, roasting or barbecuing. One 25g pack does about 4 chicken breasts. Nando's opened its first restaurant in Rosettenville, Johannesburg, in 1987. Its African Bird's Eye Chillies are grown by small farmers in southern Africa.
