Soft, smoky and sweet, ready for salads, pasta and antipasti. No preservatives. Melis is made by Euro Gıda in Kemalpaşa, near İzmir, Turkey, a producer with around 40 years of experience in jarred vegetables that exports to more than 30 countries.
