Sally Williams started making nougat in her Johannesburg kitchen in 1999, inspired by the nougat sold in the markets of Marrakesh.

Available as a single 150g bag or a case of 10.

Contains egg. May contain milk, macadamia nuts, almonds, peanuts, soya and sulphur dioxide. Kosher (OU).

Ingredients: glucose syrup (corn derived), sugar, EGG white, honey (5%), wafer paper (potato starch, water and vegetable oil (sunflower seed)), flavouring, corn starch. May contain MILK, MACADAMIA NUTS, ALMONDS, PEANUTS, SOY and SULPHUR DIOXIDE.
