Undercover was started in 2017 by Diana Levy and is made in its own factory in East Hanover, New Jersey. The quinoa is toasted rather than extruded, and the cocoa is Rainforest Alliance certified.

Milk Chocolate contains milk and soya; the dark chocolate flavours may contain milk. Certified gluten free. Made in a facility free from wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, egg, fish, shellfish, sesame and poppy seeds. Kosher dairy (OU-D).
