Brush it on ribs, chicken and burgers on the braai, use it as a dip for chips, or add it to stews and pies. Spur sauces come from Spur Steak Ranches, the family restaurant chain founded in Cape Town in 1967. They've been sold in South African shops since 2001 and are a taste of home for South Africans everywhere.
