Primal Strips Hot & Spicy: a vegan jerky strip made with shiitake mushrooms, with a fiery chilli kick and a rich, savoury chew.

Shiitake mushrooms give this one a meaty depth that suits the heat. Great as a spicy snack on the go, or chopped into noodles, burritos and rice bowls. Primal Spirit Foods was founded in 2001 by two friends who turned a Thai chef's meat-free recipe into a range of vegan jerky.

Available as a single 28g (1oz) strip or a case of 24.
