Primal Strips Teriyaki: a vegan jerky strip made from seitan (wheat protein), glazed with sweet and savoury teriyaki flavours.

Soy sauce and cane sugar give it that sticky-sweet teriyaki taste, with a tender chew. A great lunchbox and desk-drawer snack, and tasty sliced into stir-fries or served warm in a sandwich. Primal Spirit Foods was founded in 2001 by two friends who turned a Thai chef's meat-free recipe into a range of vegan jerky.

Available as a single 28g (1oz) strip or a case of 24.
