Walker’s Shortbread Highlanders have been enjoyed by shortbread lovers for decades and are unique to Walker’s. The exclusive recipe which includes creamery butter, finest flour, sugar and salt as well as hand-rolling the edge in crunchy Demerara sugar. Still made today with the recipe fashioned by Joseph Walker in 1898. Nine rounds are packed in a film tray in a luxury carton.

Ingredients: wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamin), butter (milk) (29%), sugar, demerara sugar (4%), salt.
