Lizi's High Protein Nuts & Seeds Granola: toasted wholegrain oats with soya protein flakes and crispies, pumpkin seeds, almonds and walnuts.
Enjoy it with milk or yoghurt, or sprinkle it over fruit. Lizi's began in 2003, when Dr Mick Shaw and his wife Lizi baked granola for guests at their bed and breakfast in Wales. It's now made in Cambridgeshire.
Available as a single 350g bag or a case of 10.
Contains oats, soya, barley, almonds and walnuts. Made in a factory that also handles milk, peanuts and other nuts. Suitable for vegans. Kosher (KLBD), made on dairy equipment.

Ingredients: wholegrain OAT flakes (34%), SOYA protein flakes (12%) (SOYA protein isolate, rice flour, OAT flour, BARLEY flour, brown rice syrup), SOYA protein crispies (11%) (SOYA protein isolate, rice semolina, SOYA flour, salt), concentrated apple juice, pumpkin seeds (7%), rapeseed oil, nuts (5%) (ALMOND pieces, WALNUT pieces), OAT bran, black treacle, chicory fibre, desiccated coconut, fructose, natural flavouring.
