Melis Pickled Garlic: peeled garlic cloves pickled in a salty brine.

The pickling softens the bite, so the cloves are mellow enough to eat on their own or chop into salads and dips. Melis is made by Euro Gıda in Kemalpaşa, near İzmir, Turkey, a producer with around 40 years of experience in jarred vegetables that exports to more than 30 countries.
