Cut-Off Time
Standard shipping: All orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will be delivered 1-3 working days from date of order placed.
** NB: Standard delivery uses a Tracked 24 service, however it is NOT a guaranteed 'next-day' service, as they are a third party service who fulfil our deliveries and they are unable to place a guarantee on this service. Therefore, we will commit to dispatching your order within our promised time frame, but cannot be held responsible for the service provided by our carrier partner once the parcel has left our warehouse. This is why we refer to it as 2-4 days.
For orders placed after 12pm, please add an extra day onto your estimated delivery date.
Any orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will only be processed on the first working day back, and your delivery countdown will begin from then.
IMPORTANT: During peak seasons, please factor a one-day delay into our processing and dispatching times due to high volumes of orders being managed in our warehouse. We are working to get your goodies to you as soon as we possibly can!

How will I know how much I need to pay?
Simply select an item, put it into your cart and proceed to the payment option. Log in and fill in your address details. On completion, our system will generate the applicable charges, and you will be asked to confirm your payment details. Our procedures are fully transparent for your protection.
Address information & safe places
We send out all our shipments within the UK using either Royal Mail or Evri. Delivery will be made to the address given upon placement of your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address details are correct before finalizing your order. In the event of an error, it is imperative that you notify us immediately. However, once your order details have been submitted to the system, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make the necessary changes in time before your items are packed and dispatched. The responsibility is on the person placing the order to ensure that all details are accurate. We will not compensate for parcels that go missing due to the customer inputting the incorrect address details; neither will we send replacements at our cost. You will also be liable for the delivery cost of all orders sent to the wrong address due to such errors, as well as any return-related costs.
If no one is at the registered address to accept your order during your dispatch time frame and it is returned to us, you will be charged for any costs incurred to us by the delivery service.
Couriers offer an opportunity to request to leave your parcel in a safe place. We will not accept responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged as a result of these requests.
Who to contact in an emergency?
In case you have any queries about the delivery process or are unable to track the status of your order, don’t hesitate to email us at orders@broadwaycandy.com for assistance. We always aim to respond to enquiries within 24 hours Monday-Friday. Please get in touch as soon as possible, so that we can investigate any issues you may be experiencing timeously. As we use a third party carrier service for all our deliveries, it is important that you contact us within 21 days from the date of order placed in the event of any problems you may be experiencing, as any requests opened after this time frame will unlikely be resolvable and we are unable to offer refunds or replacements after such time.
NB: In the event of any delivery-related issues, including but not limited to a missing parcel or late delivery, please note that there is a process that needs to be followed i.e. we need to reach out directly to the relevant carrier who will initiate an investigation process; this will likely involve contacting various departments to resolve the matter. Such investigations could take up to 5 working days to complete. We ask for your patience and understanding during this period, as it is crucial for us to follow the correct process in order to achieve a resolution for you.
