Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To open a return request, please contact us at orders@broadwaycandy.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part e.g. damaged/incorrect item sent, you will not be liable for the cost of the return. However, in all other instances, you will need to cover the cost.
Please note, this is the only method we use when issuing returns. We are unable to offer a collection service.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it. We require photographic proof of the items received in order to assess the problem and rectify it for you. Without this, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement.
Damages to the packaging of an item will not be considered for replacement or refunds, whether or not the outer box in which the item was packed is damaged, or if the item in question was purchased as a gift. If the packaging is damaged but the contents is in tact, this proves that the packaging did its job by protecting the contents.
We do not offer refunds/replacement for broken chocolates/pretzels/crisps/tortas/tacos or any similar types of products due to their extremely fragile nature.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via your original payment method. We will only refund you for the cost of the items you purchased. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded. If your order included free shipping, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.
Please remember it may take some time for your bank/credit card company to process the refund and for it to reflect in your account.
