A warm, rich brown from Renshaw’s ‘Au Naturel’ shades, coloured with caramelised sugar syrup. Teddy Bear Brown is just the thing for bears, grizzly or teddy, and other furry friends.

To use, knead the icing on a clean, dry surface until smooth and pliable, then roll it out to 2–4mm on a worktop lightly dusted with icing sugar. For the best finish, cover your cake with marzipan, buttercream or ganache first.
