Bombay Delights Curry Paste Rogan Josh 300g he perfect marinade for your chicken, lamb, and beef curry. Rogan Josh Curry paste is a recipe that originates in the Kashmir region. The mellowness of Kashmiri spices is finely grounded to create a paste form with tomato and cardamom as the soul of the flavours making it one of the most loved and versatile curry pastes in the world.
Ingredients: Water, coriander (12.8%), sunflower oil, salt, onion, gram flour, fenugreek, turmeric, acetic acid (E260), cumin, ginger, MUSTARD, chilli powder, garlic, lemon juice, cinnamon, cardamom, clove, nutmeg, mace, paprika extract (E160c).
