It was an easy process to order and delivery was prompt and efficient. Item came well packaged and once opened was intact, however the item was covered in a thick layer of dust , extremely hard to miss so intentional which was quite disappointing. The item itself was completely fine but the careless is making sure it was presentable left a lot to be desired.
Why should I have to clean an item I purchased? Hopefully the staff packaging department can do better for next time.

Our grandson was very pleased with it on Christmas Day, and the good thing is it doesn’t need batteries.
