Argo Corn Starch: 100% pure corn starch, the classic American thickener for gravies, sauces, glazes, soups, stews, pie fillings and puddings.

It has twice the thickening power of flour, so use half as much, and it gives a smooth, glossy finish with no taste of its own. Mix it with a little cold liquid before adding it to anything hot, then bring to the boil to thicken. Argo has been making corn starch in America since 1892.
