Found these little devils at a local food fayre. Ordered cinnamon, birthday cake and smores, amongst others. Delivery really fast, and while I am on a diet, if I could stick to the required amount all would be good, but they are so moorish, that is quite difficult. Well packed, would order again if I can find a voucher code.

I tried to order online and upon completing my order i realised that the postal address was incorrect. I immediately sent an email explaining the error and gave the correct delivery address. I did not hear back from the team till 2 days later stating that the order is processed and the address cannot be amended. I requested refund which was refused. I never received my order and my request for refund was ignored. Awful service will never use them again!!!! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Hi Rafay, I see that you emailed us at 00:35am on a Saturday morning, and our customer service responded to you at 6:25am on the Monday morning that followed. We do not have customer service staff working on weekends, so you received a very prompt reply given the time you initially contacted us. We do, however, have a team of warehouse staff who come in on Sundays to pack orders, ensuring these are sent out promptly to our customers. Unfortunately, the onus is on the customer to ensure that their delivery address is correct at the time of order placement. While we will do everything in our power to assist in the event of customer error, this is not always possible, such as in your case with the timing of your mistake. Having said that, please do get in touch so we can assist with a refund on your order.
