Atlantic Blue is a bold, bright blue from the shades Renshaw groups as its ‘Superheroes’. It gives a strong, eye-catching colour for bright birthday cakes, colourful cupcakes and decorations.

To use, knead the icing on a clean, dry surface until smooth and pliable, then roll it out to 2–4mm on a worktop lightly dusted with icing sugar. For the best finish, cover your cake with marzipan, buttercream or ganache first.
