Worst customer service ever!

I received some of my order but had a jar missing so contacted Broadway Candy several times via email, Messenger and their online contact form. I have never received a reply to any of my messages or a refund, or the missing item. I will not be ordering from them again and would not encourage anyone else to if this is how they treat their customers.
