Melis Mixed Vegetable Pickles: cabbage, gherkins, carrots, tomatoes and peppers pickled together in a tangy brine.

A colourful, crunchy mix in the Turkish turşu style, with garlic and hot peppers. Melis is made by Euro Gıda in Kemalpaşa, near İzmir, Turkey, a producer with around 40 years of experience in jarred vegetables that exports to more than 30 countries.

Sold as a case of 6 x 720g jars.

Contains sulphites. Suitable for vegetarians. Kosher (Star-K).

Ingredients: water, cabbage, gherkins, wild gherkins, carrots, tomatoes, salt, vinegar, lombardi peppers, hot peppers, garlic, stabiliser (calcium chloride), acidity regulator (citric acid), flavourings, antioxidant (sodium metabisulphite). Contains SULPHITES.
