Safari Drywors Spice: a South African blend of salt, coriander, black pepper, cloves and nutmeg for making droëwors (dried sausage) at home.

It's similar to the famous Safari biltong seasoning. It's made by Crown National, a South African spice company with roots going back to 1912 in Johannesburg.

Available as a 1kg bag or a case of 10. South African pack.

Contains celery and sulphites. Contains flavour enhancer (MSG). Not kosher.
