Spur Durky Sauce: the famous tangy onion and garlic sauce served with Spur's Durky chicken wings.

Toss hot chicken wings in it, or use it as a dip and marinade for chicken, chips and roast potatoes. Spur sauces come from Spur Steak Ranches, the family restaurant chain founded in Cape Town in 1967. They've been sold in South African shops since 2001 and are a taste of home for South Africans everywhere.
