Spur Smokey Peri Peri Sauce: a smoky, medium-hot peri peri sauce with tomato, chilli and smoked paprika.

Great on chicken, prawns and steak, as a marinade before the braai, or as a hot dip for chips. Spur sauces come from Spur Steak Ranches, the family restaurant chain founded in Cape Town in 1967. They've been sold in South African shops since 2001 and are a taste of home for South Africans everywhere.
