While the product is great abd I always get a large case of thr lucky charms cereal. I find it hard to believe why you would send me a case and it expired in 4 months of that purchase.

Same problem showing new charms but not there

I’ve shopped a few times here & never had any problems. This time is a very different story. I ordered some lucky charms cereal which was advertised a giant box with 3 new unicorns so thought would treat the children with this being a treat for weekends etc. Received box was full of dust (which was my first concern) on top. But again thought no more of it wiped box then noticed these were not the ones I ordered as no mention of new unicorns. Then I sat the use by date… 15th February 2024. I emailed to ask what was going on as had previously ordered a smaller box & that had at least 6-8 months on use by date on them I was then offered sake price so would get £3/£4 back. I thought this was ridiculous not only wrong advertised cereal but extremely short use by date. Lesson learnt will not be using these again.
