I’ve ordered from Broadway candy countless times and had no issues. This latest shipment I ordered a case of coffee creamer that comes with 4 packs of 50 pieces. I was sad to see only 1 pack had made its way into my shipment. After countless emails, I found that missing items and lack of customer service has been a theme for Broadway Candy. 20£ worth of items missing. Seems like we will go to using other American grocers as this service has gone sour.
Placed an order! Email confirmation arrived to advised the products were out of date! Received an email to advise they have fulfilled the order but never received! Out of pocket now, cheers
