Poor Service

Put an order in on the 20th Aprilfor £44.47 worth of items and have not received anything. I have tried to contact the company on numerous occasions but do not get a response. I then receive this email asking for a review saying order delivered yet on Apple Pay it still says processing order and unable to track.

Hi Marie, I've just had a look through our inbox and can't find any communication from you. However, I've checked your tracking and can see that it's not showing anything. As we dispatched your items on 22 April, it would appear that the courier service have lost the parcel. I have therefore gone ahead and refunded you in full. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

On a Diet? Trying to not eat anything to naughty . Not a problem with these, unless like me you can’t stop eating them , but I see it as more healthier than a choc bar. My 3rd delivery and not my last .

Taste amazing.

The actual rice cakes taste amazing. Will definitely be buying again. However I was missing part of my order. I have emailed to try sort this however I have not heard a response back unfortunately which is a bit disappointing
